Oi gente,
Just a short message because it is too hot to be writing e-mails and stories instead of lying in the pool.
The last few days have been like a dream. We stayed at the Aldeia Beijupira Pousada and it was more than a dream. A beautiful spacious room with tv and dvd, enormous shower and a pool with views on the beach. Furthermore, excellent staff who would bring us a fresh juice or ice cold caipirinha every 15 minutes...if would like..
Trustfull owners by the way.. They never asked us for any ID or guarantee and when we did not had enough cash money or visa card (we have Master) they just let us go with their bank details so we could make a banktransfer whenever possible...
After our visit there, we had an unbelievable experience with the so-called Peixe-Boi.. the Zeekoe of Porto das Pedras. Unfortunately we do not have any pictures of this beautiful animal. We were at open sea with 2 guides and the found the Peixe boi by radio signal. Because the Peixe-boi is marked with an antenna, it was not hard to find her. Her name is Lua (moon), 14 years old, pregnant and weighs over 600 kilo´s and she loves attention. It´s a pity to see that there is too little money to protect her and her friends... as soon as we have more information about the project to help the Peixe-boi, we will inform you.
After our encounter with Lua, we went to Japaratinga where we stayed at the Caiuia Pousada. We had been here before too have dinner with Mom and Dad Duarte and John and Linda, but now we spent the night there. Again a gastronomic experience and a beautiful view over the ocean.
Today we will go to Porto de Galinhas, which means we are going back up north towards Recife. From there on we will return to Belo Horizonte on the 20th December.

Het is weer te gek met jullie
geniet er nog maar van want het is hier pokkenweer. Hopen snel info te krijgen betreffende jullie animal.
De foto's waar jullie opstaan wil ik zeker hebben, hartstikke leuk.
Nogmaals, geniet met volle teugen, dikke kus en tot horens. Sandrijn ik lees nu je ps. Wil je a.u.b. even een dokter bezoeken. Ad Joosten en een vriend van Pedri zijn zo doodziek geweest na hun reizen. Laat iets weten Mama. -

Bom, parece que voce aproveitou muito seu viagem no nord-este. Estou bem curiosa pelo suas historias e nos estamos esperando sua volta aqui na hollanda fria!
